Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Partner with department leaders to develop accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria, and compliant interview materials
Implement effective recruiting strategies and maintain consistent communication with hiring managers throughout each search
Coordinate job postings, advertising, and participation in job fairs or recruiting events to attract top talent
Ensure all hiring practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies while delivering a positive candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
SHRM certification preferred
