They are seeking a Tier I Information Technology Technician to provide technical support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform on-site service visits at partner locations.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support to managed service clients
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows server and workstation operating systems
Assist with user accounts, email, MFA, and basic licensing
Support a wide array of SaaS applications
Enforce Cyber Security Controls
Perform on-site service visits at client locations
Install and configure workstations, network equipment, and VoIP phones
Document support tickets and resolutions
On-Call rotation for holidays and weekends (once every 5 weeks)
Strict adherence to Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and guides
Follow company security and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (company vehicle provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous Information Technology experience
Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or basic networking experience
VoIP, firewall, or endpoint security exposure
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.)
Willingness to participate in fast paced training programs
