Help Desk Technician (PO & Procurement workflows)
RSA Tech is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support procurement workflows and assist with various technical issues. The role involves troubleshooting, providing support for hardware and software, and maintaining accurate asset records.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot issues using remote tools and knowledge base resources
Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, data entry)
Support AV and conference room technology
Assist with procurement tasks, including creating POs and coordinating with vendors
Update Metrics, inventory systems, and maintain accurate asset records
Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management
Provide first level and limited second level support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and account access
Field and log tickets via phone, email, and walk ups
Assist in the rollout of a new Help Desk ticketing system
Create, update, and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles and SOPs
Escalate issues as needed and ensure SLA compliance
Qualification
Required
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
