Responsibilities
Providing solutions on the client to manage their systems/applications based on customer's requirements
Design, develop and test complex Technical solutions, customizations and extensions for various modules
Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes, derive automation opportunities and make recommendations for cloud transformation
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of Information Technology experience
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Location for this position is Dallas, TX. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location
10+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign
Excellent hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer
Preferred
Hands on experience in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer
Exposure to Telecom domain
Act as a subject matter expert for related Adobe services
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into technical requirements
Stay updated on Adobe product roadmap and emerging MarTech trends
Develop architectural documentation, reference designs, and best practices
Drive continuous improvement in AJO implementation methodologies
Ability to transform business requirements into production-ready software components
Strong end-to-end ownership, autonomy, and a good sense of urgency to enable proper self-prioritization
Production experience with modern observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
Understanding of core concepts of distributed systems design
