Responsibilities
Collect and analyze workforce data to identify patterns in scheduling, overtime, and labor costs
Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for negotiations and policy decisions
Assist in maintaining labor contract databases, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Support compliance audits by validating data integrity and preparing summaries for leadership
Collaborate with HR, operations, and legal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency through technology solutions
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate and graduate students majoring in Business
College Sophomores and Juniors (April 2027-July 2028 grads)
Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.0)
Authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
Demonstrated previous leadership experience & academic achievement
Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding work ethic and leadership potential
Preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
Previous internship/co-op experience is a plus
