Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater construction projects, from planning to closeout
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle
Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams
Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience managing water and/or wastewater construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations
Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.)
Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
Preferred
PMP or PE license preferred but not required
