Responsibilities
Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to identify and document business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for new and existing systems
Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes
Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs
Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Business Analysis
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Business Analysis methodologies and best practices
Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
10 15 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Experience in data analysis and visualization tools
Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI PBA, or equivalent are a plus
