Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns at scale across Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Ads
Own campaign performance from strategy through execution, including bidding, budgeting, forecasting, keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page optimization
Identify growth opportunities, translate insights into action, and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, and Impression Share
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to systematically improve campaign performance
Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data and turn it into actionable strategies
Expert-level SEM knowledge, including campaign structure, automation, and large-scale budget management
Hands-on experience with testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate) and performance optimization
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain data and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience leveraging AI-driven tools for automation, analysis, and ad creation

Experience managing $5M+ annual paid search budgets
Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
Experience with scripts, automation, or bulk campaign management tools
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Jasper
Previous experience marketing online reputation or similar digital products
Relevant certifications (Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads)
