5+ years expInsperity is a forward-thinking accounting and tax advisory firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to support its continued growth. In this role, the Tax Manager will lead tax engagements, provide strategic guidance to clients, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage tax compliance and filings across multiple entity types, including individuals and businesses
Lead the preparation, review, and delivery of federal, state, and local tax returns
Provide proactive tax planning, research complex tax issues, and deliver clear strategic guidance to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality advisory service
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while staying current on tax law changes and contributing to firm growth
Qualification
Required
Active CPA or Enrolled Agent license
5+ years of progressive tax experience, including management and review of complex returns across multiple entity types
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and California tax law
High-level proficiency with business tax preparation software and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's in Taxation preferred)
Multi-state experience preferred
Experience using QuickBooks and Intuit ProConnect
