Responsibilities
Utilize strategic thinking to drive program roadmaps and capture strategies for key pursuits
Collaborate with multiple internal and external customers to ensure program success
Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and functional teams in growing, capturing, and executing the Electronic Warfare business area
Responsible for ensuring the management of the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of the release systems portfolio of programs through all phases from inception to completion
Direct the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget, and financial terms/conditions of contracts
Participate defining program parameters or guiding internal research and development efforts in assigned field
Work with customers to determine needs, requirements, and new business opportunities
Solve highly complex problems with significant business impact
Responsible for the overall development and management of the financial forecasts and strategic planning of the business area
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience
Preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Solid technical background with strong business acumen
Demonstrated success in growing and capturing new business opportunities
Ability to organize and coordinate customer visits
Ability to make effective decisions regarding the profitability and achievability of pursuits
Ability to work with other Program Managers, Business Development Managers, and Engineering/Support functions
Ability to communicate in a thorough, clear, and timely manner which supports information sharing and goal achievement
Proven experience developing broad, cooperative relationships with numerous groups and individuals, even when having no direct authority over them
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
