Following up with attorneys for prospective client activity reports
Attorney bill reviews and updating bills
Review Credit Card Statements
High volume monthly bill runs
Calculating attorney commissions and payouts
Assistance with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
Professional client communication and interaction
Qualification
Required
BS degree in accounting, business or finance required
Minimum of 2 years of advanced Excel use
Minimum 2 years QuickBooks experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Mandatory
Preferred
Experience with legal billing
