Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting, dashboards, and models to communicate performance, KPIs, and variances vs. plan and forecast
Deliver advanced financial analysis and insights to support margin improvement, risk management, and decision‑making
Own the QFR (Quarterly Financial Results) process for Refined Fuels and communicate monthly variances through various reporting packages
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence outcomes and support strategic initiatives
Support the annual budget and forecast processes, coordinating timelines, inputs, and deliverables
Lead the financial management and performance oversight of the commercial supporting business P&Ls
Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Set priorities and provide clear direction to analysts to drive timely and accurate project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis
Preferred
Experience with SAP planning and reporting modules preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
