Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance product offerings
Strong ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and build customer rapport
Experience in Insurance Brokerage operations and consultative selling approaches
Knowledge of Health Insurance products and their specific policies and regulations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a sales-driven environment
Relevant licensure or willingness to obtain necessary state insurance licenses
