$22/hr - $22/hrPratt Industries is seeking a motivated intern to join their Sales Operations & Analytics team this summer. The primary focus of this role will be to work with various cross-functional sub-teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue.

Responsibilities
Sales Performance Reporting: Support the creation of weekly and monthly sales dashboards; track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and quota attainment
Revenue Forecasting: Assist in the analysis of historical sales data to help refine revenue forecasts and identify trends or seasonal variances in the sales cycle
Market & Territory Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and competitor activity to support the optimization of sales territories and lead distribution strategies
Process Optimization: Assist in documenting and streamlining sales workflows to reduce friction in the "lead-to-close" process
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration with a strong interest in Sales Operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic modeling) is required
Ability to look at a dataset and 'tell a story' with the numbers rather than just reporting them
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data findings to non-technical sales stakeholders
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a major plus
