Real Estate Representative II
EPITEC is seeking a Real Estate Representative II who will be responsible for negotiating and securing land rights necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities. This role involves direct interaction with private landowners, tenants, and governmental agencies to manage various property interests.

Responsibilities
Negotiate Land Rights: Effectively negotiate with private landowners and government entities to acquire required land rights for projects, ensuring agreements align with company and project objectives
Workload Management: Plan, prioritize, and organize workload efficiently; adapt to changing project needs and work independently with minimal supervision
Due Diligence: Perform thorough internal and external due diligence on land rights to verify accuracy, identify deficiencies, and initiate necessary curative actions
Landowner Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with landowners and tenants regarding ownership issues, easement rights, access concerns, and damage claims
Policy & Process Compliance: Utilize and adhere to the company’s established policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality
Public Representation: Represent the company at public meetings and hearings involving municipalities, zoning boards, drainage boards, townships, county commissions, and similar governmental agencies
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in the Right of Way or Real Estate industry, including at least 1 year of direct land rights acquisition
Strong understanding of settlement instruments, contract terms, and land-related legal documentation
Ability to read and interpret survey drawings, engineering plans, construction drawings, and plan and profile sheets
Proficiency in land title research, including reviewing deeds, abstracts, and title commitments
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact effectively with landowners and agencies
