Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional support
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries
Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management

Required

1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
