Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Engage customers in friendly, authentic conversations about new and existing products
Distribute samples and clearly explain product features, benefits, and uses
Create on-brand, positive experiences that encourage product trial and curiosity
Answer customer questions and collect real-time feedback
Represent the brand at promotional events and activations
Support account sign-ups, sales growth initiatives, and individual performance goals
Implement and support current promotions
Ensure brand standards are consistently followed at all events
Complete post-event analysis and reporting
Assist with additional promotional activities as needed
