Responsibilities
Maintain and update product fitments, descriptions, and attributes to ensure accuracy and completeness in the digital catalog
Oversee accurate taxonomy mappings, OE number mapping, and supersessions, and vehicle and reference table updates
Conduct regular catalog maintenance on makes, categories, and brands for SKUs and product listings to optimize performance or consolidate listings for a clearer selection and better customer experience
Manage catalog updates based on service inquiries and community feedback to enhance the customer experience
Monitor SKU quality and availability issues, ensuring minimal lead time for customers and optimal solutions for European vehicles
Collaborate with the BMW Make Group team by contributing observations, experiences, and ideas to improve catalog quality and meet revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Current or past experience in the automotive industry with strong knowledge of BMW car parts and systems
High level of accuracy and a track record of strong personal performance
Solutions-based mindset with an ability to manage projects and solve problems effectively
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven success in a fast-paced, self-driven work environment
Familiarity with Google Suite and/or MS Office tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
