Responsibilities
Perform structural calculations and detailed analysis for steel-framed projects
Assist with design modeling and preparation of drawings using CAD, Revit, RISA 3D, and Bluebeam
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management teams
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
Provide technical input to support value engineering and project optimization initiatives
Participate in problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Active Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
Strong foundation in structural analysis and engineering calculations
Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (CAD, Revit, RISA 3D, Bluebeam)
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to work full-time on-site in Fargo, ND
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
