Responsibilities
Architect the Blueprint: Create a comprehensive Systems Design Document, Architectural Diagrams, and Integration Diagrams for a Salesforce-based CMS
Investigative Design: Map complex workflows for secure case intake, fraud reporting, and digital evidence management
Data Integration: Design requirements for pulling Risk-Based Alert (RBA) scores and data from Splunk into investigative workflows
Stakeholder Engagement: Lead meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate statutory and regulatory requirements into technical specifications
Compliance Engineering: Ensure the design meets strict state and federal standards for PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and CTI (Confidential Taxpayer Information)
Qualification
Required
5+ Years of experience in formal requirements gathering and drafting technical specifications
3+ Projects successfully completed developing workflows specifically in Salesforce
3+ Projects developing investigative workflows (e.g., civil law enforcement, audits, or personnel misconduct)
3+ Projects working with detailed statutory/regulatory frameworks and confidentiality requirements
3+ Projects involving data analytic systems (specifically Splunk) and developing integrated workflows
Ability to provide at least one professional reference that can verify your work on a project of similar scope and complexity
Preferred
Experience developing investigative workflows for criminal investigations
Prior experience with New York State government or Unemployment Insurance (UI) systems
