Responsibilities
Assist in research, design, and pilot AI-powered knowledge management tools that enhance knowledge discovery, curation, reuse, and transfer across the enterprise
Partner with business units and IT to co-develop digital knowledge solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making
Lead project lifecycles — from concept to implementation and post-launch optimization and impact management
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., large language models, automation, semantic search, generative AI) to identify opportunities for innovation in the knowledge management sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions to align solutions with enterprise strategy and user needs
Develop and deploy change management and training programs that build AI literacy, foster a growth mindset, and drive adoption to increase knowledge curation and enablement
Measure performance and impact of knowledge innovation initiatives through defined KPIs and impact based business outcomes
Serve as a thought leader and advisor on AI strategy, governance, and knowledge enablement best practices
Qualification
Required
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 2+ years
Strong understanding of AI technologies, knowledge systems, and project management practices- including training and change management
Experience in project and product management with proven delivery of innovation or technology initiatives
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value through clear communication with high level stake holders
Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving, and experimentation mindset
Excellent relationship-building, facilitation, and presentation skills across diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results, and lead with agility in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Experience designing or deploying AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini)
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, metadata strategy, or semantic search
Technical understanding of APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, and workflow automation
Familiarity with innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, agile prototyping)
Strong background in knowledge management, IT development, or innovation strategy
