Responsibilities
Providing exceptional client service
Ensuring that all calls are answered at the main reception desk and routed appropriately
Keeping track of all visitors, assigning offices to visiting attorneys, reserving conference rooms for meetings and associated needs for the meetings (i.e. food, technology, supplies)
In addition, this role will provide administrative support on an as needed basis which includes, but not limited to, preparing expense reports, check requests, new business memos, preparing mailings and binders, editing pre-bills, maintaining electronic files, assisting with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working in a professional services environment
Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a high-volume desk with extreme accuracy and attention to detail
Strong proofreading and solid computer skills
Positive self-starter
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
Strong work ethic
Professional demeanor and attire/appearance
Adeptness to handle difficult situations tactfully
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize handling the workload at a very fast pace
Ability to work well with all levels of staff, attorneys and departments
"Can-do"/positive attitude
Team player
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and procedures
Ability to work a 40-hour work week and be in office 5 days a week
Overtime flexibility required
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Power Point
Preferred
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent in experience
