Enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program after meeting specific requirements during the first 12 months as a financial professional
Lead and build your team of financial professionals
Qualification
Required
Sales or managerial experience in another industry
Experience running your own business
MBA or other equivalent degree
At least 2 years of management experience in your most recent position
Master's degree (preferred) but might be open to Bachelor Degree Candidates if other criteria is met
