1+ years expPlanet Pharma is seeking a motivated scientist to join an integrated bioprocess development group supporting upstream and downstream processes for clinical advancement. This lab-based role offers hands-on experience across cell culture, bioreactor operations, protein purification, and lab operations, providing exposure to multiple modalities including antibodies, BiTEs, and bispecifics.

Responsibilities
Culture mammalian cells and maintain bioreactors
Sample bioreactors and support protein purification operations (chromatography, filtration, UF/DF)
Design and execute bench-scale experiments spanning end-to-end drug substance processes
Apply platform approaches and problem-solving to address day-to-day experimental challenges
Contribute to lab operations, including 5S and Yellowbelt initiatives
Support lab organization, data collection, and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field OR Associate degree with 4+ years of scientific experience
At least 1 year of lab experience on similar projects
Preferred
Master's in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
Hands-on experience with protein purification, chromatography, filtration, or cell culture
Familiarity with lab 5S principles and workspace organization
Experience with data tools (Excel, Spotfire, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
