Responsibilities

Lead groundbreaking research, identify cutting-edge technologies, and shape the direction of major market opportunities
Work with leaders across business units to develop technical strategies and drive impactful proposals
Solve complex challenges using advanced engineering principles and tools like modeling, simulation, and risk analysis
Anticipate and address industry shifts, mentor engineers, and drive the development of new business opportunities
Support high-security, cloud-native DevSecOps environments and deliver solutions that matter

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and secure systems engineering
Proficiency in Linux/Windows security features, Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and cloud-native technologies (e.g., FedRAMP)
Exceptional communication skills
Experience mentoring engineers
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Active TS/SCI clearance with on-site availability (3-5 days/week at Buckley AFB)
