Responsibilities
Process and manage incoming patent documents from USPTO, EPO, and WIPO
Handle PCT hardcopy mail and ensure timely routing and documentation
Perform Anaqua docketing, de-docketing, and IP record maintenance
Manage signature request workflows, tracking and follow-up
Process patent certificates and coordinate archiving or off-site storage
Support patent award logistics (tracking, packaging, shipping)
Assist with audits, validation checks, and special patent-related projects
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience as a Patent Paralegal or IP Operations professional
Hands-on experience with USPTO, EPO, WIPO, and PCT processes
Experience using Anaqua or a similar IP management system
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Paralegal certification is a plus (not required)
