Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries for WSS
Ensure timely, effective communication between IT and business stakeholders
Translate business objectives into IT strategies, roadmaps, and actionable initiatives
Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, quality, or innovation
Maintain scorecards and visibility into critical initiatives, projects, and IT services to ensure alignment with company goals
Guide the business through funding requests, approvals, and intake processes
Ensure architectural alignment and adherence to IT governance, security, SOX, and compliance standards
Monitor IT performance and provide regular updates to business leadership
Champion IT-driven change and ensure smooth adoption across WSS and Supply Chain teams
Create communication and education plans to help business users understand upcoming changes, capabilities, and impacts
Conduct deep-dive data analysis to support decision-making
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Recommend solutions that improve performance, reduce operational friction, or streamline processes
Identify opportunities to automate and enhance workflows in both IT and business teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years in IT Business Relationship Management, IT governance, or related IT leadership roles
Proven track record of delivering complex IT initiatives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Expert-level analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and produce strategic insights
Hands-on experience working with: SAP (S/4HANA, ECC), CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CPQ solutions, Reporting tools & dashboards
Strong proficiency with Power BI, Databricks, Informatica, MS Project, SharePoint
Experience leading Agile/Scrum processes and SDLC methodologies
7+ years translating business requirements into optimized designs and developing business cases
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
Travel expected 10–20% annually
Preferred
Background in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or the Water Industry is a plus
