Responsibilities
Own and translate the product roadmap into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering and scrum teams to plan, prioritize, develop, test, and deliver features end-to-end
Leverage data and analytics (qualitative & quantitative) to drive informed decisions, experimentation, and product strategy
Define, track, and report on product and platform health metrics (KPIs, SLIs, SLAs)
Support data governance, standardization, and compliance by reviewing data flows, controls, and platform usage
Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement
Lead UAT, sprint tracking, and delivery execution, ensuring commitments are met against sprint and increment goals
Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve gaps, and support future migrations
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights to continuously improve the product
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Product Management / Digital Product Development (or 2+ years for more junior PM/Analyst profiles)
Strong background in data, analytics, or data platforms
Hands-on experience with SQL, data querying, table building, and foundational tools such as Python, Hive, or similar
Experience with big data platforms, data warehousing, BI, or Hadoop ecosystems
Proven ability to analyze complex data and processes to deliver impactful product solutions
Strong experience working in Agile / SAFe environments, using tools like Rally, Jira/Atlassian Suite, and Slack
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, including working across time zones
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrix environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data, Analytics, or a related field
