Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for assigned programs, regions, and initiatives
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic and programmatic decisions
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new initiatives, funding scenarios, capital investments, and resource allocation strategies
Partner with program, regional, and shared services leaders to improve financial performance and operational sustainability
Prepare and present clear, timely financial reports and analyses for leadership and board-level review
Support grant, contract, and funding compliance through financial monitoring, analysis, and post-award budget oversight
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing financial processes, tools, and organizational financial literacy

Required

Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of advanced education
Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and analytical best practices
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and reporting or business intelligence tools
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Advanced mastery of business applications and productivity suites
Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers
Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle
Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations
Successfully completes tasks in a low noise environment
Interacts with others and performs tasks in-person and through the use of technology, with long periods of stationary activity and minimal periods of increased physical activity
Moves equipment/materials weighing up to 15 pounds
Travels between worksites occasionally
Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program
