Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar tools
Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to support performance improvement
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting sources
Document data definitions, sources, and reporting standards
Map, document, and assess current processes across administrative functions
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements
Develop improvement strategies and track results to ensure long term sustainability
Build and maintain automated workflows and bots using Power Automate or similar platforms
Research, evaluate, and support the implementation of new software solutions
Assist in requirements gathering, vendor assessments, and system rollouts
Partner with department leaders to understand operational challenges and reporting needs
Train staff on dashboards, analytics tools, and new processes
Support evolving business requirements and new analytics initiatives
Assist in training department staff to utilize analytics tools and dashboards
Develop strategies and plans to assure sustainability of improvements
Support ongoing changes and new analytics needs as business evolves
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related role
Proficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning
Fluent in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
Knowledge of the LTL transportation industry is a plus
