Responsibilities

Provide vendor management and work order management
Minor repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows
Installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items
Interface with front-line clients on various requests
Assist trades personnel with maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values
Impact the quality of own work
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
