Responsibilities

Source, attract, and engage candidates for technical and non-technical positions
Manage end-to-end recruiting: screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies
Post jobs, maintain ATS accuracy, and generate basic reports
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Required

Bachelor's degree
At least three years of full cycle recruitment experience
Proven experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
