The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, process donations, and supervise staff and volunteers while ensuring compliance with data security protocols.

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows in the warehouse
Manage inventory and process incoming donations
Supervise both staff and volunteers
Handle hard drives in accordance with NAID-certified data security protocols

Required

2+ years of warehouse leadership experience
Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently based on organization's policies
Able to work independently, be dependable, adaptable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Must be able to pass DOT Physical
Ability to operate fleet vehicles (Up to 26' box truck and air brakes)
Ability to self-direct tasks/activities and problem solve independently
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Maintain a professional but friendly demeanor
Pays close attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Desire to help the community and interest in digital inclusion
Technology or recycling industry knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
Must be flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable
Comfortable working in a general warehouse setting
Valid State Drivers License and automobile insurance required

Preferred

Previous networking and/or installation experience highly desirable
