Responsibilities
Contribute to systems engineering efforts for development, production, and sustainment programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain system requirements, interfaces, verification, and test criteria
Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, and human factors
Support program design reviews and technical assessments
Track and update requirements, risks/issues/opportunities, and technology readiness
Help adopt and utilize modern systems engineering methods, including Model-Based Systems Engineering
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
2+ years of related engineering experience
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Prior Systems Engineering experience (e.g., system design, requirements development)
Experience with Aircraft, Mission Systems, and/or Weapon System development
Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like Cameo or SysML-compatible tools
