Keep breezeways and common areas clean with regular leaf blowing and debris removal
Complete daily trash pickup and maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures
Pick up dog waste and restock pet waste stations
Assist with apartment trash-outs as needed
Trim bushes and keep sidewalks and walkways clear
Assist the office team with resident notice delivery when needed
Qualification
Required
6+ months groundskeeping or landscaping experience
Ability to operate blowers, trimmers, and basic equipment
Willing to work outdoors year-round
Dependable and team-oriented
