Oversee the North American trading platform, including domestic procurement of product, containerized export, and overseas sales of SBM, DDGS, CGM, and animal proteins
PnL and risk management responsibility for the Feed Ingredient product segment
Management responsibilities for one or more origination/sales merchandisers to support the program
Effective cross-functional communication with the logistics, finance, and freight teams to facilitate efficient execution of the trade flows
Relevant and timely reporting to the relevant stakeholders. Ensure reporting is efficient and value adding, always
Status reports on projects and strategic initiatives
Participation in monthly one-to-one meetings with immediate manager to unleash potential through focus on individual development and learning objectives
Maintenance of personal calendar in Outlook to enable coordination and communication with colleagues
Qualification
Required
