Responsibilities
Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and manufacturing stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Analyze current warehouse processes and support the design of improved SAP-driven workflows
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SAP WMS/EWM
Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), issue tracking, and resolution
Assist with data migration, training, and change management activities
Provide post-go-live support and ensure smooth adoption of the system
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP/WMS implementations (SAP strongly preferred)
Knowledge of warehouse and supply chain operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management)
Hands-on exposure to SAP WM/EWM modules highly desirable
Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
