Responsibilities
Act as an Owner’s Representative on active projects, supporting planning and execution from early stages through delivery
Track budgets, schedules, and risks, working closely with senior PMs and leadership
Coordinate consultants, contractors, internal teams, and end users to keep work moving
Assist with RFPs, consultant selection, and contract development
Help identify and resolve project issues before they escalate
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-4 years in a Project Management role with an owner's rep or consulting firm, or strong CM / architectural PMs ready to broaden their skillset
Preferred
Technical degrees are preferred but not essential
