Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for employee facility requests, providing timely updates and resolving office issues with a positive attitude
Source, schedule, and supervise external contractors (janitorial, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) to ensure high-quality service and contract compliance
Perform daily walk-throughs of the workspace to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or furniture repairs
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, coordinate desk moves, and oversee the procurement of office and kitchen supplies
Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and kitchenettes are clean, stocked, and fully functional for daily use
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in facilities, office coordination, or a hospitality-related role
Strong communication skills with a focus on 'customer-first' problem solving
Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and basic project timelines
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and facility management software
Physical ability to move light furniture or packages as needed
Preferred
Experience with Slack and Google Workspace
