Responsibilities
Drive product strategy and roadmap, transforming configured solutions into standardized, market-ready SaaS products
Lead product lifecycle, from definition and prioritization through to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring technology decisions align with customer needs and business objectives
Effectively partner with sales, marketing and technical teams to bring clarity and focus to the tech development process — making bold choices, even when it means closing doors
Proactively evaluate how AI can be embedded in the product to create real productivity gains
Maintain technical fluency — understand the SDLC, tech stack, APIs, and architectural trade-offs (you don't need to code, but you need to engage deeply)
Oversee technical processes to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable systems
Talk directly to customers to gather insights and validate decisions
Champion product innovation with emerging technologies including AI/ML, digital twins, indoor mapping, 3D mapping, and real-time spatial analytics
Qualification
Required
10+ years of technology leadership experience with proven track record of building and scaling SaaS products from concept to market
A solid technical foundation in ESRI ecosystem or GIS broadly, cloud architecture, APIs, and scalable system design
Deeply customer-focused and comfortable owning customer discovery and validation
Ability to balance UX improvements, technical architecture, and feature delivery
Ability to work autonomously and drive cross-functional alignment with minimal oversight
Understanding of Agile, ability to write clear specs, and knowledge of how to work with engineers to get things built
Attention to detail and ability to wireframe user flows to communicate product ideas
