Approving/denying Coupa access packages in MyAccess
Entering/Uploading new users and or updating profiles for existing users
Reviewing the Delegate report and taking appropriate actions
Managing Data reports generated from Coupa
Tracking user integration error emails
Managing L2 Service tickets related to Coupa Access in ServiceNow
Managing user request emails for access packages
Qualification
Required
Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with procurement policies, vendor compliance, and cost control practices
