Responsibilities
Manage the distribution of case files to Junior Analysts, balancing individual workloads and staffing levels to optimize resource utility and maintain cost control
Conduct independent verification of all case products using standardized checklists to ensure accuracy, compliance, and mission alignment
Identify deficiencies in deliverables and manage the "return-for-rework" process, providing actionable feedback to Junior Analysts to maintain high output standards
Responsible for the end-to-end processing of individual cases, including assignment, initial QC, and final submission to Senior Leadership
Produce professional Case File product coversheets and ensure all submissions to Team Leads/Senior Analysts include complete dual-QC documentation
Track and report Junior Analyst productivity and staffing metrics to the Team Lead, serving as a primary mechanism for monitoring operational overhead
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust
Bachelor's degree (2-4 years exp), Master's degree (0-2 years exp), or High School Diploma (8-10 years exp)
