Responsibilities
Sell Alamo beers into on-premise and off-premise accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and managers
Execute tastings, events, tap takeovers, and promotions
Plan and manage your territory with discipline and accountability
Work closely with distributor partners to drive pulls and placements
Ensure accounts are merchandised, fresh, and represented properly
Communicate market feedback clearly and early
Identify execution or supply challenges and support solutions Represent the voice of the customer internally
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Beverage or CPG sales experience preferred
Self-directed, organized, and disciplined
Comfortable being accountable for results
Someone who takes pride in representing the brand the right way
