Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain native Android and iOS applications
Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable mobile application architectures
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality mobile user interfaces
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
Ensure mobile applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards
Manage application deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Troubleshoot production issues and provide support during application releases
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8+ years of experience in mobile application development
Minimum 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Android development using Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack components
Minimum 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in iOS development using Swift, Objective-C, and iOS SDK
Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and implementing mobile application architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party SDKs
Minimum 5+ years of strong understanding and implementation of mobile security best practices
Minimum 5+ years of proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
Minimum 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
Minimum 4+ years of experience using mobile testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, Appium)
Minimum 4+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
This position requires someone who can travel at least 3 days per week
Preferred
Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
Experience with mobile performance optimization techniques
Exposure to cloud services such as Firebase or AWS
Experience working on banking, fintech, or enterprise mobile applications
Published applications on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store
