Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Windows Administration and Active Directory , supporting enterprise-wide privileged access remediation
Lead account discovery and remediation for privileged access
Onboard and configure accounts in CyberArk
Eliminate local administrator accounts across environments
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance readiness
Document ownership, dependencies, and access justifications
Deliver executive-level risk reduction reporting
Support large-scale IAM/PAM remediation initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Windows Administrator with deep Active Directory expertise (this is the primary focus of the role)
7+ years Active Directory management experience
4+ years hands-on CyberArk experience
7+ years advanced PowerShell, Python, or shell scripting
Strong Windows Server administration skills
Experience with privileged access and local admin management
Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Ability to perform business analysis and stakeholder coordination
Preferred
Background in Windows or infrastructure administration transitioning into security-focused initiatives
CyberArk certification (Defender, Sentry, or Guardian)
Microsoft or cloud certifications
M365 administration experience
Background in security operations or infrastructure security
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
