Responsibilities

Launch and stabilize multi‑channel intake with clear SOPs, RACIs, quality controls, and a robust Quality Assurance framework
Partner with client to define and manage intake SLAs, design and provide performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
Partner with IT Teams to configure and operationalize multiple systems supporting the intake and claim setup process
Scale process to accommodate additional lines of business, geographies, and exception handling as client needs grow and as the program evolves
Follow strict project governance protocols partnering with client to manage progress and risks as they arise
Serve as SME for support teams
Provide oversight and direction for training and staff development

Required

8+ years in P&C claims, including 5+ years in an FNOL/intake, claims contact center operations, or claims operations (carrier or TPA)
Proven ability to work with challenging deadlines
An excellent communicator with a strong collaborative mindset
Self-motivated leader for a diverse team
Hands-on integration of intake/front-end flows with a claims platform
Strong process and data design skills
