Human Resources Manager
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is a company seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, employee relations, investigations, workers compensation, FMLA and basic HR functions
This role will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws
Qualification
Required
18 years of age or older
Bachelor's Degree in an HR-related field, or Associate's Degree and 2 or more years of progressively responsible HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Standard computer / technology skills needed
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Must have a valid driver's license

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position
