Recruitment Analyst (Chicago OR New York)

They are seeking a Recruitment Analyst to support the firm’s recruiting efforts for Attorneys, Business Professionals, and Law Students, ensuring a smooth recruiting process from job posting to offer.
Responsibilities
Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-up, and collect interview feedback from interviewers
Publish job advertisements on the firm’s careers site, applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media platforms
Track all applicants and recruiting activity using the firm’s applicant tracking system
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruiting activity
Ensure recruiting documentation, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and employment-related materials, are properly maintained and electronically filed
Initiate and track pre-employment screening and conflict check processes for new hires
Assist recruiters with offer letter generation
Process and track recruiting-related expenses
Manage registration for law schools identified for on-campus interviews and resume access programs
Coordinate screening interviews and on-campus interview schedules, including preparation of materials and interviewer logistics
Collaborate with individual offices to schedule callback interviews, working with the travel coordinator as needed and gathering interviewer feedback
Assist in coordinating and, as appropriate, participating in law school recruiting events and activities; this role requires occasional travel, in-person presence, and the ability to serve as a professional and polished representative of the firm
Assist with the completion of law school surveys and feedback forms
Track law school applicants and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, trackers, and basic metrics for HR and recruiting leadership
Support sourcing efforts by assisting with resume review, candidate identification, and outreach using the firm’s applicant tracking system, recruiting platforms, and other available tools, and by maintaining sourcing trackers and candidate pipelines as directed by recruiting leadership
Support recruiters and recruiting leadership with ad hoc projects related to recruiting operations and process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of three years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a related role
Prior experience coordinating interviews and managing recruiting logistics required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with applicant tracking systems required
Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Client service oriented and responsive to inquiries
Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with others
Willingness to travel occasionally for law school recruiting activities
Preferred
Experience supporting attorney or law student recruiting preferred
iCIMS experience preferred
