Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end MLOps lifecycle management including model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Develop and maintain robust LLMOps workflows supporting large-scale generative AI applications
Mentor junior team members on Python programming, data science, and machine learning concepts
Identify and implement AI and machine learning solutions to address complex AIOps challenges
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies during AI model development and deployment
Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to ensure seamless AI model integration and operationalization
Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI Engineering best practices to stakeholders and clients
Qualification
Required
5 to 7 years of experience in AI Engineering
Design and develop scalable MLOps pipelines to automate and streamline machine learning workflows
Utilize GenAI techniques specifically LLMOps to build and enhance large language model applications
Apply Python programming for data science tasks including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development
Implement machine learning methodologies tailored for AIOps to improve IT operations through predictive analytics and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes
Stay updated with the latest AI engineering advancements and incorporate best practices to improve model performance and reliability
Experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and algorithms to drive innovation within the AI Engineering domain
