Responsibilities
Support and maintain large-scale, service-oriented production systems
Monitor system health, availability, and performance using observability tools
Review and triage production tickets and incidents
Perform routine root cause analysis (RCA) and data collection
Tune alerts, alarms, and thresholds to improve system reliability and availability
Work closely with engineering teams to improve system stability
Qualification
Required
Relevant experience in SRE / Production Support
Strong proficiency in Python scripting
Experience with Linux usage and administration
Knowledge of basic data structures and search/sort algorithms
Hands-on experience with REST-based services and APIs
Familiarity with cloud computing and networking concepts
Experience with Grafana, MQL, or equivalent cloud monitoring/telemetry tools
Working knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) and SQL/C++ is a plus
